Never stuff your anger inside of you!

OK, this is for all of you out there, don't ever stuff your anger. For those of you who think that you can brush it off that's only part true if someone hurt you in any way you need to express you anger in a positive way or just get out of the situation, and also let that other person know that they hurt you. It might be very hard but you need to let them know that's not OK.
If that other person happens to be your parent or guardian you also need to let him or her know. It might be better to send them a letter letting them know how you feel so you can avoid all the unnecessary anger that goes on, it helps so you explain the way you feel without any interruptions.
And if you ever need to vent you can always talk to your pet if you have one(they are very good listeners), maybe a good friend, the other parent or, an ant or uncle. you can always send an E-mail to someone or a letter, that is good to.
So what ever way you choose to let out your anger out let it be a good way that doesn't hurt you or the people around you.
